All levels welcome. This dynamic class utilizes a variety of movements to develop strength, agility, balance, coordination, power, stability, and confidence! Equipment such as weights, cones, jumprope can be helpful, but not required. You will be emailed with optional equipment recommendations 10 minutes before class starts.
