All levels welcome. Ground Movement Flow is an alternative to yoga that focuses on natural human movement patterns. This class will restore healthy function to your joints and leave you feeling grounded after the work week. No equipment is needed for this class, but 1-2 yoga mats are nice if you have hard floors. Occasionally a small object (up to 5lbs) will be used - you will be emailed 10 minutes before class if this is the case.
