POINT Virtual Class Schedule
  • All classes are 45-50 minutes long.
  • If no one is signed up within an hour of class (or by 9pm the night before the morning class) it will be cancelled. You can still sign up last-minute as long as there are other people registered for class. 
  • You will receive two emails approximately 10 minutes prior to class: one with the link and one with any optional equipment you might want to use during class. 
  • Please note that the morning and/or noon classes will be recorded for members who cannot make it to class and sign up to view the class recording.
