Personal Training - Written Training Plan
- An initial 30-minute Zoom consultation to go over your health and activity history, current goals and limitations, and conduct a foundational movement assessment.
- Personalized programming: 4 weeks of 3 unique workouts per week, designed around your goals and current fitness level.
- An optional 30-minute Zoom check-in once per month on how your sessions are going and to clarify any movement patterns. ($20 add-on; purchased separately)
